Code of Practice (CoP) on Person-to-Person Marketing Calls is issued

本港和內地今年全面通關,帶動樓價向上,主要銀行對大型屋苑單位的估值亦隨之調升。本報追蹤3間主要銀行,對十大指標屋苑合共60個單位的估價個案走勢,發現絕大部分個案的最新估值,對比2月初、即香港與內地通關初期,均有所上升,其中新界東「上車樂園」沙田第一城,有單位的估值,較約兩個月前大升逾一成。業界分析,個別屋苑的估價升幅較整體大市為高,主要是相關屋苑去年跌幅過大所致,但預期第二季樓價升幅將較第一季放緩。

Hong Kong’s February lived-in house prices rise to seven-month high as investors bet on sustained buying momentum
