Code of Practice (CoP) on Person-to-Person Marketing Calls is issued

To better manage person-to-person marketing calls (P2P calls), the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau of the HKSAR Government (CEDB) has invited the Hong Kong General Chamber of Property Finance to participate in a self-regulatory regime through the implementation of a code of practice (CoP) on P2P calls.  Although the CoP is issued on a voluntary basis, all members are expected to comply with the CoP.
